Terms & Conditions
All the products and tools used by the stylist are from the best brands for Hair.
100% deposit to be paid to confirm the booking.
You will be expected to visit the home studio if the getting ready time is before 7a.m.
Change in time by 30 minutes before or after the provided time will incur double of the quoted price, so kindly provide accurate timings of your getting ready time.
Accomodation charge will be additional, if the distance is outside 7kms and if you have more than two functions in a day.
Please arrange a room for two (MUA & Hairstylist) if you have more than three functions in a day (within 7-14kms).
Customised floral accessories are not included in the package. Loose flowers to be arranged by the client
To be taken care of:
Kindly keep your jewellery ready on all your event day.
Steam-ironing will not be provided for any of your outfits, so please make sure that all the outfits are neatly ironed.
Parking services for the car should be taken care of
We will require two big tables,one extension board and a big mirror in a good spacious room for the getting ready,
if the location does it meet the above requirements we won’t be able to accommodate and you will need to visit our home studio.
The room needs to be booked in the same hotel/resort/DESTINATIONS exactly beside the BRIDES room from the arrival time to the departure time.
Kindly do not book a different hotel for any pre-arrival time from your event. Room service(FOOD) will be charged on the clients bill if the event food is not accessible or available.
The travelling car should be an Ertiga/Innova petrol, to accommodate the luggage which includes two suitcases, two light and a tripod
FOR DESTINATIONS
To be considered:
Physical Consultation will only take place before 15th of November, after that a video call can be considered subjected to our time and schedule.
Time frame for HAIR,MAKE UP,DRAPPING AND PHONE PHOTOGRAPHY will be 2.5 hrs Minimum.
Your Hair MUST be washed by my personal hairstylist before the event starts.
Haircut and Haircolor are pre required by my personal hairstylist after our consultation.
